I try to keep a mindset of expanding my capacity in all directions.

Tell us about your work.: In the Video Division, I do editing of course, but I also do all kinds of other works involved in video production, such as video and photo shoots, attending the recordings of narratives, and directing the workflow.
Particularly, I am good at editing.
I create motion graphics with AfterEffects and animated characters.

What do you pay attention to when you are working?: I try to keep a mindset of expanding my capacity in all directions.
One way of building capacity is to learn something easy to understand and get results, such as learning shortcut keys, how to use software and new plugins.
The other way of building capacity is to learn something that does not have correct answers. For example, animated pictures that are fun to watch, fashionable designs, and stylish motions, things that you cannot acquire just by trying hard.
I think both are important.

What challenge would you like to take on in the future?: Personally, I would like to learn 3DCG technologies.
I would also like to build on my self-taught knowledge of JavaScript and to write AE scripts in the future.
