Tell us about your work in the Web Design Team, and which part of your work do you find interesting or fun.: We work directly with clients, so it is rewarding when my clients directly see and evaluate the designs I created.
Honestly, I have left COLBO once, to see if I was competent as an employee outside of the company.
One of the major reasons why I returned was COLBO’s open corporate culture, seamless communication and the freedom to create proposals from a production perspective.
I believe that this work environment results in fulfillment and enjoyment at work.

What do you do on your days off?: I have a dog (called "Aru-chan") and a lizard (called "Kurumi-chan"), so I take them out for a walk, or play with them indoors. They help me relax.

What do you pay attention to when you are working, and what challenge would you like to take on in the future?: The most important thing for me is to share information internally within the division and with other division. There are many processes involved in creating a website. There are also people with different kind of job working together, so it is essential to share information. I try to ensure close communication.
In the future, I would like to release various information on the corporate site. I think our corporate website is an important element that serves as the face of our company. I would like to propose many plans so that people who visit COLBO's site find COLBO attractive.
