Why did you decide to join COLBO?
I was looking for an office job first and saw an ad for medical advertising. I simply thought it looked interesting and cool.
I was attracted to the fact that everything is done internally, from planning through to design and production.

Tell us what is motivating and fun about your work.
I step in between sales and production. I mainly manage the schedule and negotiate with our vendors until the production is completed. When I look at the final product, I feel it is something I played a part in, resulted in the motivation for my work.
Also, I feel very happy and find my job rewarding when clients say that "we appreciate your help," during directly talk with them. I can really focus on my work. That is why I like COLBO.

What do you pay attention to when you work?
I think accuracy and speed are important for my division, because even if the sales people are not in the office, we still need to get in touch with clients with the usual speed. I also think we can gain the trust of our clients if we focus not just on speed, but also on giving them accurate information.
